Top notch customer service from start to finish. We've been looking for just the right outdoor table, with the help and guidance from Ben, we finally landed on the right fit for us. Shipping has always been an issue to our location but the quick responses and clear communication will make us keep coming back to The Table Tennis store. Couldn't recommend them more!

I ordered the rubber from TableTennisStore and immediately received an email with the shipping information, but I didn't have time to use it because the package arrived incredibly quickly. Just from the appearance of the package, it was clear that staff of the TableTennisStore think about the players to whom they send what players ask for. Inside was an invoice, which no other store put it in. The package had two cardboards inside to keep the rubber from deforming during shipping. This package was nice to hold in my hands and it was a shame to cut it. However, impatience to see the rubber won out and I cut the package. The rubber was what I asked for and in perfect condition. Of course, when I need to buy something else for my Table Tennis, I will do it from the TableTennisStore. I advise you who are reading now, buying equipment from the TableTennisStore. And I will advise the players I know the same. Thanks to the TableTennisStore for their business. Victor Popovich

My local guy that took care of putting new rubber on my paddle had retired so I was looking for another place that could put some new rubber on my paddle professionally. I ran across this store online and reached out to a guy named Ben. We had some minor issues with getting it into the mail but once it got to his place, he did a fast turnaround of it. He gave me a call to make sure that what I wanted was correct. My paddle looks the way I want with the new rubber they supplied and put on my old paddle after refurbishing it. I can't wait to try it out at my club tomorrow. Thanks Ben for coming through with everything.

Newer player and I needed an upgraded paddle but was not sure what that would be. Ben was incredibly helpful and was willing to chat about what would be my best option. He suggested a custom paddle and I used it last night. Better equipment definitely matters! I plan on being a long-term, repeat customer.
